Where are your products printed?
All products are printed and fulfilled by Amazon using their Merch on Demand service, ensuring high-quality prints and reliable delivery.
How do I buy a shirt?
Click on any design, and you'll be redirected to its product page on Amazon, where you can choose your size and complete your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard Amazon shipping times apply. Most items ship within 2–3 days and arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — as long as Amazon Merch supports shipping to your country, you can place an order. Some products may be region-locked due to availability.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once you've placed an order through Amazon, you'll receive tracking info just like any other Amazon purchase.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since everything is printed on demand, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is placed. Amazon handles all transactions and fulfillment. For the most accurate info or support, please check your Amazon order history or contact Amazon Customer Service.
What’s your return policy?
We follow Amazon’s return policy, which means you can return items for free — no fuss, no stress — within their standard return window. If you experience any sizing issues, misprints, or product faults, just go to your Amazon orders and select 'Return or Replace Items'.
Design Submissions
Can I submit my own T-shirt design?
Yes! We love fresh creativity. Head to the [Submit a Design] page and upload your concept (PNG, SVG, or PDF preferred). If your design is selected, we’ll showcase it on the site and publish it to Amazon — where you or anyone else can order it with just a few clicks. It’s completely free to submit, and thanks to Amazon's on-demand printing, this is one of the cheapest, easiest ways to get your hands on your own custom T-shirt — no bulk orders, no setup fees, no hassle.
Do I get paid if my design is chosen?
We currently offer exposure and credit, with a link to your portfolio or social if you’d like. In the future, we plan to introduce a rev share model.
Can I submit AI-generated designs?
Yes — but keep it original, legally safe, and non-offensive. We reserve the right to reject any designs that don’t meet our guidelines.
Product & Sizing
What kind of T-shirts do you use?
We use high-quality blanks provided by Amazon Merch (usually Bella+Canvas or similar soft-touch tees). Each product page will have material details.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to the size chart on the Amazon product page. Most shirts are true to size, but we recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes.
Are your shirts pre-shrunk?
Yes — but like any cotton shirt, expect a small amount of shrinkage after the first wash.
Tech & Site Issues
I clicked a design and it didn’t load on Amazon — what gives?
If a link is broken or the product has been delisted, please let us know via our Contact Page. We rotate our catalog often.
Why does your site look different from Amazon?
Heliosmiths is the curated front window. Once you decide to buy, Amazon handles the transaction, fulfillment, and delivery. Two sites, one mission.
